All orders will be processed as soon as they are received (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your order is ready, you will receive email confirmation your package has shipped with the tracking number. We cannot cancel or refund any orders that have already shipped.

AMBASSADRESS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We kindly ask you ensure your shipping address is correct on packages before it leaves our facility. Lost/stolen packages are non-refundable.
Once your order leaves our facility, It is at the liability of USPS. If your package says delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office and file a claim through USPS as instructed. We cannot file claims on the addressee’ behalf.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
AMBASSADRESS is not responsible for international duties and taxes fees. Duties, taxes and custom fees vary depending on your country and the value of goods. We are also not responsible for unclaimed parcels, custom holding times or incorrect shipping addresses.
If for any reason you decide to reject the parcel, not pay the custom fees, you will not be refunded for your order. Please see our “Return To Sender” information below.
RETURN TO SENDER
We do not refund return to sender packages if we are not at fault. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, forwarding issue, duties unpaid or not signing for your package, you will receive a store credit gift card amounting to your order total minus shipping and $10 restocking fee.
